STATEMENT OF WORK

FOR:

Ohio National Guard, Mobile Presentation System

1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION:

0. Organization. Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG) Information Management Department (G6) located at Beightler Armory, 2825 W. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43235.

0. Requirement. Design, integration, programing and assembly of a mobile video presentation system. This system will be comprised of all hardware, cabling and cases necessary to facilitate an 8 input by 4 output HDBaseT capable 4K video presentation system complete with a Main Switcher rack, 2 distribbution racks, 2 input racks, receivers, system cables and ultra short-throw laser projectors.

0. Environment. The Ohio National Guard requires a high definition video presentation system to support large venue public and training events. This system must be deployable in weather proof, ATA rated hard cases and utilize hardened “ethercon” interconnects and tactical tuff cables.

0. Network Security. The design must provide a standalone AV network solution that does not require access to exterior cloud based or web based networks.

0. Integration. TRhe design must coordinate integration of switching hardware, control hardware, distribution and cabling interconnects to ensure all signal paths conforms to requirements of HDBaseT transmission for UHD video presentation.

0. Programming. The control system must optain inout and eventual design approval from KOR. The Ohio National Guard will receive all programming files and maintain ownership of control programs upon delivery of the presentation system.

0. Power conditioning. All electronics should be designed/configured to have sufficient power protection for use on generator powered environments.

0. Main Rack ventilation. The main switcher rack must include ventilation solution.

0. Weather proof hard-case storage and cables. Components must be designed into ATA rated cases that protect components in travel and exterior use. Where indicated custom foam enclosures must be employed.

0. Compact design. Design to minimize component requirements and case sizes so that system can be fielded by minimal personnel.

0. Hardened interconnects. Cabling should be heavy duty ProShell RJ45 and Neutrik Ethercon connectors where indicated

0. Control Manual Documentation. Contractor must provide telecom training and a manual or instruction files on the operation of the systems control panel.

0. REQUIRED COMPONENTS: The attached BOM indicates the main switcher rack, distribution racks, input racks, receivers and cabling components that are required as a part of any successful design submittal. Deviation from the provided BOM should be presented in the initial proposal with value added justification.

0. SUPPORT: Conduct support operations to the following requirements:

0. Telecom support services with G6 personnel for 60 days after delivery on the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the video presentation system.

0. Included manuals and warranty cards and outline warranty processes for all components of all systems.
