Contractors will submit the request for access paperwork (included as an attachment in the original package) and will receive a building badge. Once they have a badge an escort is not required. Due to the current COVID‐19 procedures, Contractors are to provide a list of visitors (no badge) coming onsite to PMO daily, to include delivery truck drivers. Loading dock is not open outside normal daytime business hours, Contractors are to provide a representative during the day to receive the delivery. While the building is empty for COVID 19 daytime work is permitted, but this would change if the building completely reopens.
