About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) amendment to a federal solicitation issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District. Amendment 0002 was issued on July 14, 2026, to solicitation W912WJ26QA124, originally dated July 2, 2026. The amendment extends the response due date from July 16, 2026, to July 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. The solicitation is administered by the KO Contracting Division in Concord, Massachusetts, with Jennifer Samela serving as the contracting officer. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
The amendment provides responses to four industry questions clarifying solicitation requirements. Any company with an active System for Award Management registration certified as a small business under the applicable NAICS code may submit a quote; the project is not limited to general contractors and may accept subcontractor bids. Evaluation criteria include Technical, Price, and Past Performance. The project includes prevailing wage requirements outlined in Section H with no union labor or MBE/WBE participation requirements. Regarding project specifications, excavation of existing shoulders shall only pertain to the entrance guardrail as shown in Figure 15 in conformance with Section VI, with no back slope modifications required beyond the excavation area. Erosion control wattles are not required for the project.
