About this file

This document is an Amendment to Solicitation W912WJ25QA053 for an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) replacement project at two U.S. Army Corps of Engineers locations in New Hampshire. The project involves removing portions of existing intrusion detection systems and installing new security systems across ten buildings: six at Franklin Falls Dam in Franklin and four at Blackwater Dam in Webster. The contractor must comply with National Electrical Code, New Hampshire Building Code, and applicable Fire Codes. Key requirements include installing new premise control units, keypad control panels, motion sensors, door sensors, smoke detectors, alarm sirens, and associated wiring at each location, with specific placement and installation guidelines. The amendment adds an additional contact for site visits and maintains the original closing date of July 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern. The project is set aside for small businesses with a NAICS code of 238210 and a small business size standard of $19 million, with an estimated construction value between $100,000 and $250,000.
