Questions & Answers
Q1
Are the 10 Section F Projects required to be submitted by the prime consultant, or is it permissible for them to be sourced from a significant subconsultant? If the latter is acceptable, will these submissions be considered with a lower priority or weight?
A1
The AE firm shall decide which projects to submit to meet the selection criteria. All ten projects will be reviewed. A project completed by an AE firm team subcontractor is weighted equally to the other Section F projects.
Q2 Can one person fulfill two of the required positions? (Ex. Communications Systems Designer/Specialist & Physical Security Engineer/Specialist)
A2
Yes individuals may fill multiple roles (e.g., Communications Systems Designer and Physical Security Engineer) and must be clearly indicated in Section E block 13 "Role in this Contract".
The resumes will be reviewed to ensure that all key personnel meet the selection criteria.
