W912WJ19Q0125

Access to all buildings will be made available to determine the starting point of below grade utilities.

The lines installed in front of Building 15 (includes 3-HDPE pipes) and the east-west trending sewer line near the entry point may require different equipment frequencies to ensure they are accurately located at all depths.

The 3-HDPE lines include 1-480 volt line which provides power to extraction wells that operate 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. This electrical line extends to Building 94 located approx. 1100 feet north of the northeast corner of Building 15

All parking lots will be “coned off” by base security in the evening before the work is to be performed to disallow vehicles to be parked in that area the next day.

There is a steep topographical grade between the area labelled as Area 1 and Area 2 that the Contractor should be prepared to make the respective field data corrections for.

There are numerous mature trees present within the survey area.

The sewer manhole lid and drain-lid removal should be executed by the base DPW and scheduled accordingly.

Coordination and communications with base personnel should be in accordance with the PWS.

Benchmarks are for mapping are located in the vicinity of Building 15 and Building 92.

Horizontal Directional Drilling was filled with a clay material to maintain the integrity of the holes.
