Amendment 0003

1. Please confirm that PPQs would only be required for any of the top 3 proposed projects that do not have a CPAR on record and that PPQs are not required for any other project not in the top 3.

Answer: Please refer to Section E of the synopsis/solicitation. “If the project/s is/are not a federal project or a CPARS report is not available, the firm shall complete Part I of the Past Performance Questionnaire send it to the customers for these three projects to complete Part II of the Past Performance Questionnaire, request the completed form in a sealed envelope from the customer and submit it in the sealed envelope with the SF330 submission.”

2. Please provide the PPQ attachment referenced in the Solicitation.

Answer: A blank Past Performance Questionnaire was provided as an attachment in Amendment 0002.

3. Is there an incumbent contract for the subject effort or is this a new requirement? If there is an incumbent, would you please provide the incumbent contractor's name, contract number and SOW?

Answer: This synopsis/solicitation adequately describes the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District’s current requirements for future HTRW work and may not be identical to the last SOW. The most recent District AE IDIQ (Architect-Engineer Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contracts to Unrestricted Businesses for HTRW work were awarded to Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. Contract No. W912WJ-15-D-0003 and AECOM Technical Services, Inc. Contract No. W912WJ- 16-D-0005.

Note to Offerors: All RFI`s must be submitted not later than Friday, April 6, 2018 to allow U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District adequate time to respond to RFI`s before the synopsis/solicitation due date of Wednesday, April 18, 2018.
