Wayfinding Display Directory Statement of Work

a. The New Hampshire National Guard has a requirement for a combination of six (6) interactive touch screen and non-touch screen displays capable of wayfinding to provide directions to various building and office locations. All display monitors will be installed in Building 1 at 1 Minuteman Way, Concord NH, 03301. The building consists of 2 floors. The NHARNG will provide the floor layout.

b. Monitors should be capable of displaying Department Names, Personnel, and Office Numbers, with wayfinding capability, to include showing starting and ending points, drawing the path, and providing written directions to guide visitors and guests through the building.

2. Scope of Work

a. Building 1 – Front Main Entry Vestibule Display:

i. One (1) 43” Touch Screen Display

ii. One (1) 43” Non-Touch Screen Display

1. First digital display (i) is touch screen with the ability to display Department Names, Personnel, and Office Numbers with wayfinding capability. Second digital display (ii) will be non-touch screen with the ability to have a rotating background.

2. Both displays will be housed side by side in the same case and mounted on 5/8” drywall with metal studding.

Both the case and the mounting will be provided by the Contractor.

3. Front touch screen display will have the CLIN 0007 “Touchscreen Mapping - interactive dimensional map” software installed on it. Software will allow the guest to move the map, zoom in on a given room, navigate and expand the map, while also displaying written directions to supplement the visual directions.

b. Building 1 – Rear Main Entry Vestibule Display:

1. General Information

i. One (1) 43” Touch Screen Display

ii. One (1) 43” Non-Touch Screen Display

1. First digital display (i) is touch screen with the ability to display Department Names, Personnel, and Office Numbers with wayfinding capability. Second digital display (ii) will be non-touch screen with the ability to have a rotating background.

2. Both displays will be housed side by side in the same case and mounted on 5/8” drywall with metal studding.

Both the case and the mounting will be provided by the Contractor.

3. Rear touch screen display will not have the CLIN 0007 “Touchscreen Mapping - interactive dimensional map” software installed on it. The monitors will be configured to expand the display across both monitors. Software will allow the guest to see start to end point, but not drill down or expand the map.

c. Building 1 – Stairwells

i. One (1) 43” Non-Touch Screen Display

ii. One (1) 43” Non-Touch Screen Display

1. Two (2) additional 43” non-touch screen displays will be located in the stair cases in building 1 and will be encased in a wooden LCD pedestal enclosure, Resembling the one below:

2. Pedestal enclosures should be a maximum of 6’.

d. Electrical: All electrical work will be provided by New Hampshire

Army National Guard.

e. Network: Displays will be connected to a commercial network via

WiFi.

f. Audio: No audio required.

g. Wall Mounting: Contractor will be responsible for mounting cases and displays to the 5/8” drywall with metal studding. Any clean-up of debris that may occur as a result will be the responsibility of the Contractor.

3. Software Updates: All software and firmware updates will be done via web interface or commercial network (commercial internet).

4. Work Hours/Work Location:

a. Office Hours: Core operating hours are Monday through Friday, 0730-1630 Eastern Standard Time.

b. Work Location: All equipment will be installed at 1 Minuteman Way, BLDG 1, Concord NH, 03301 by the Contractor.

5. Network Connectivity and Power

a. Contractor will provide either wireless or wired (with CAT 5 or CAT

6) capability. No fiber cables will be used. All network setup will be configured by the State of New Hampshire. A closed commercial network will be utilized. Wireless is the preferred method.

b. All power will be provided by the State of New Hampshire. Any construction required to provide power to the displays will not be the responsibility of the contractor to provide. Please provide power requirements in your quote.
