Description of Agreement

Contract Lodging

1. Overview

The New Hampshire Air National Guard (NHANG) requires contract lodging for up to 50 rooms for double occupancy and 15 rooms for single occupancy during UTA weekends and periodically throughout the week. Consequently, NHANG seeks to enter into a multiple award

Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with area hotels that can meet this need. Potential offerors should note that BPAs are not contracts, and either party (government or merchant) can exit the agreement with 30-days written notification. Also note, that it is not necessary that individual hotels have 50 rooms for double occupancy, in addition to the 15 rooms for single occupancy, during any specific weekend. NHANG’s intent is to meet these requirements across multiple vendors who are part of the agreement. Yet, NHANG will give preference to merchants who can provide the greatest number of rooms, at or below GSA-established per diem rates, when placing calls.

Offerors are strongly encourage to review the performance work statement (attachment 2) for a full description that vendors must meet in order to be considered for inclusion into the BPA.
