W912SV-25-Q-A003 Foreign Document Translation and Evaluation Services Question & Answer Q: What, historically, has been the frequency and volume of the service?

A: The service has been used 6-12 times a month, historically.

Q: What is the anticipated number of task orders per year?

A: It is anticipated that a purchase order will be awarded from this solicitation. The services furnished, will be encapsulated in the purchase order. There will not be multiple task orders issued. As stated in each line item, the contractor shall only submit invoices for services rendered, not to exceed (NTE) $20,000 IAW DFARS 252.232-7006 WIDE AREA WORKFLOW (WAWF) PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.

Q: What are the required language pairs for this project?

A: The customer may require the translation of any language to English.

Q: Who was the incumbent provider, and what were their rates?

A: The incumbent was Foundation for International Services, and that contract was awarded not to exceed $15,000. IAW FAR 15.506, we are not empowered to reveal their cost breakdown information.
