In accordance with Amendment 0001 for RFP W912QR-92907255 for the Nolin Lake Office Addition Project, the following changes have been made and are shown in bold as detailed below:

- The period of performance has been changed from 365 days from Notice to Proceed to 480 days from Notice to Proceed as detailed in 52.211-10.

Offerors shall allow for Government acceptance of proposals for 60 calendar days from the date proposals are due. Any proposal that does not allow acceptance for 60 days will not be considered and will be rejected.

The due date for proposals is NOT extended due to this amendment. Proposals are due no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Time on 30 December 2019. Submit your proposal by email to Samantha (Dani) Harrison at Samantha.D.Harrison@usace.army.mil. Proposals not received by the stated date/time will not be considered.
