About this file
This document is a federal solicitation for the Cannelton Fixed Weir Repair project, specifically targeted at a pre-selected Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool of contractors (contract numbers W91237-23-D0003 through W91237-23-D-0009). The project is located at Cannelton Locks & Dam in Cannelton, Indiana, and is being issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District. The solicitation requests price proposals for construction services, with a cost range between $250,000 and $500,000, and requires all vendors to be registered in the SAM database.
Key details include a proposal due date of 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday, 28 March 2025, with proposals to be submitted via email to Joel Huberman. The contract specifies that the basis for award will be lowest evaluated price, and vendors must complete a price breakout schedule demonstrating use of binding rates from their existing MATOC contract. Payment and performance bonds will be required, and the effective Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) Wage Rate for this project is IN20240006, dated 12/20/2024. The solicitation has undergone multiple amendments, primarily adjusting site visit dates and proposal submission deadlines due to high water levels at the project site.
