The Air Force Materiel Command will release a solicitation in Q1 of fiscal year 2023 for Phase 1 of the renovation, with an estimated value between $100-250 million. This phase will include interior and exterior work as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system replacements. The industry day will be held on September 7th, 2022 at a hotel in Dayton, Ohio, where contractors can learn more about the project and have the opportunity to ask questions.
