About this file

This document provides details for a solicitation seeking proposals for indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contracts to support military construction and operations and maintenance construction projects in 20 states in the Northeast region. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District will award no less than three and up to seven small business contractors. The contracts will have a base period of five years and five one-year options, with a capacity not to exceed $250 million. The selection process will be a two-phase best value tradeoff evaluation of technical and price factors. Phase I will evaluate past performance and technical approach, with phase II evaluating design, management approach, and price for the most highly qualified phase I proposals. The anticipated release date for the solicitation is March 16, 2020, with details on the site visit provided in the solicitation to be posted on SAM.gov. The sample project magnitude is estimated between $1 million to $5 million.
