About this file
This document is a No Question Response file for a Spanish interpretation services contract. The requirement involves 8 hours of interpretation per day, Monday through Friday, at two locations: Soto Cano Air Base (SCAB) and Tegucigalpa, with 4 interpreters needed at SCAB and 3 in Tegucigalpa. The contract duration is 12 months, with interpreters required to be available within 24 hours' notice. The procurement will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method, and proposals must include company profiles, past performance documentation, and pricing for the specified Contract Line Items (CLINs).
The government will provide transportation to work sites but will not provide access cards, though facility access will be coordinated. Contractors are permitted to use Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) and Machine Translation (MT) tools, provided they meet data security requirements. Proposals should be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, with no specific page or file size limitations. The contract allows for companies headquartered in the USA to provide interpretation services internationally, as long as they meet the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
