Each GO requires an interpreter
3. Ref. Attachment 2: Deliverables Schedule - for those locations noted as "Various locations", will the interpreter travel with the assigned officer or should they plan to provide their own transportation?
Interpreter will travel with the assigned officer
4. Ref. Attachment 2: Deliverables Schedule - is the date shown for Translation the date documents are provided to the offeror, or the date the completed documents are due to be delivered? When will the documents be available to begin translation?
Once the document is with the translator we expect a 12 hours turn around
5. Ref. Attachment 2: Deliverables Schedule - for the documents and presentations to be translated, will there be graphics or other non-text content that will require translation?
Yes there could be graphics and or non-text content
6. Can you detail me if the locations visited are all withe the same group?
The SI locations are as established on the PWS...if there were a change on the location (which is possible) it would be to a Hotel. However the number of participants will stay the same.
7. I would need to know to have the exact number of interpreters and not more of what is really needed.
That is determined by the contractor: For example;
how much time one interpreter can continuously be interpreting?, some people say 15 minutes, other 30 and other 60 minutes. Base on the requirement, their experience and SOPs they should come up with the number
