About this file

This document contains an Excel attachment with discipline schedule hourly labor rates and key details for an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple award task order contract (MATOC) for environmental remediation services in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division. The Excel attachment includes fully loaded hourly rates for 73 labor disciplines across five ordering periods. Offerors must submit rates for each ordering period at time of proposal and proposed pricing will be binding as maximum rates for any firm fixed-price task orders issued under the five-year MATOCs. Lower rates may be offered at the task order level and proposed escalation rates are subject to annual renegotiation at the Government's discretion. In addition to labor rates, the document specifies markups to be paid at negotiated cost for specialized equipment/materials, rental equipment, reproduction, and other direct costs including telephone, shipping, mailing, and supplies, as well as subcontracting effort.
