1. With up to 8 sites being integrated what systems do they currently have? The VMS software will need to be able to control, record and manage any changes within the system. The other sites have a mixture of systems. Pelco is also used at some of the other locations.

2. Can we set up VLANS to connect Darlington Ave to Battleship Rd? Will there be an IP address provided for LAN and WAN connections? Unable to answer currently. ACEIT must research whether that is a possibility.

3. How many remote viewing stations will be monitoring this system live? At this time there will be two stations monitoring the system live. They are both located at the Wilmington District HQ building.

4. In the solicitation it does not state Keyboards needed. How many will be needed in order for all workstations to control current ptz cameras? One additional PTZ control.

5. At the Engineer Yard is there active fiber connecting the shop to the main building, and can we use a pair if this is active? No.

6. Please confirm that the contractor will not be responsible for any damage cabling or power supplies and that we would only be responsible for installing replacement cameras. Obviously we would be responsible for cable and raceway on the new cameras. The additional camera that will be added by camera #16 in the rear parking will require new conduit and cable. The new cable will not fit in the existing conduit. The contractor will not be responsible for any already existing damaged cabling or power supplies. They would be responsible for any new damage that is caused by them.

7. What Analytics are desired in the final solution? Options discussed were if/then scenarios for cameras to call out; Audio Analytics; Machine Learning for increased traffic and/or seasonal issues. Who needs to be able to utilize them? Timeline, event and similarity-based forensics; AI learning which can notify operators of anomalies proactively; object detection; audio capabilities, with an easy to use interface with search features. All FPS Security Guards at the HQ need to be able to utilize the system, as well as both members of the Security Office.

8. What type of 5 year warranty is expected? Hardware only? Infrastructure or SSA to be included?

It would be preferred that the warranty covers hardware and software, to include the server and VMS itself.

9. With an end Goal of integrating both locations in Wilmington and a long term goal of integrating all 8 sites under the Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District; Is there a specific and/or approved device list for network equipment and infrastructure such as switches and routers? Yes, the Army Corps of Engineers does have an Approved Product List (APL). The APL is able to be accessed internally https://aceit.usace.army.mil/Support/LCM/Pages/APL.aspx ; we also have a software approval list. Search for existing approved software or request evaluation of new software from here. https://app-portal.usace.army.mil/ESD

10. Is there internal connectivity between the Fabrication shop and Storage facility at the Engineering Yard? No.

11. Discussions on site included Mapping and Diagramming. Does the USACE Require interactive mapping from the guard desk as well as mobile devices? If Mobile devices are included in this bid, are the devices IOS, Android or a combination? Would a Google Earth image for mapping be acceptable? The mapping and diagramming are only needed for the desktop stations. We currently use a combination of mobile devices at the district.

12. Due to the fact that these questions may require additional engineering and design would USACE be willing to extend the Offer Due Date past January 20th 2021, 12pm EST.? Yes. It is extended until 27 January 2021.
