A quote receiving a rating of "Unacceptable" in any non-price Factor will not be eligible for award.

This level of evaluation does not include an in-depth reading of the quote’s content, but it is conducted solely to ensure that a complete quote has been received and that meets the requirements of the solicitation. Failure to address all the mandatory requirements may be grounds to disqualify the quote from further review.
III. TECHNICAL AND PRICE EVALUATION.
FACTOR I – TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE. The quoter shall demonstrate recent and relevant experience for interior and exterior preparation and painting of various buildings. The quoter shall submit descriptions no less than three but no more than five relevant projects. The Government will evaluate three recent and relevant projects provided by the quoter. Total Evaluation Price. The total price indicated at CLINS 0001 through 0023 (5 Years)(Separate prices are required for each year as indicated in Attachment 1 Price Sheet) will be evaluated for fair and reasonableness.
