SUMMARY OF CHANGES
SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been added by full text:
Q&AS
Questions & Answers
Q1: How is it possible to quantify a discount on the next 5 years when producers such as Notifier, from January 2021 to today, have increased their price lists by 35%? Wouldn't it be preferable to set discounts on the official price lists, in force year by year of the various producers?
R1: Price submitted in Technical Exhibit C – Price List should be the result of the contractor’s personal knowledge of the products, and its capabilities in evaluating and foreseeing the market conditions. The discount offered in Technical Exhibit C is the discounted price from the most updated official price list.
Q2: And for the products included in the Price List that are already out of production today?
R2: The Price List is not inclusive of all the potential future unknown repair works. For repairs that are not in the Price List, over and above work prices will apply.
Q3: It’s required from the offeror to provide historical chamber of commerce certificate of membership, and we don’t have established business in Italy however we have people who can perform the service as required within the area, is there any alternative that we can submit and still be considered acceptable?
R3: See Addendum to 52.212-1, paragraph B1.a and Addendum to 52.212-2 paragraph B1a, hereby included in the solicitation.
Q4: We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
R4: There has been previous contracts to this requirements. The previous contract number is W912PF19P0030.
