1. In reference to the request for quotation, please send details regarding the tanks:

- Plastic / metal tanks, what capacity

- What is the dispensing system,

- Is there a dispensing and control system installed on the tanks - if not, is the US military interested in installing a fuel management system.

Answer: The tank is made of metal they hold a capacity of 14K and 18K. The dispensing system is two hose reels and one bulk hose. Yes there is a dispensing and control system installed.

2. Could you please provide the capacities of the tanks?

Based on the information available in Technical Exhibit C - MSCATS Spare Parts Listing, we estimate that the tanks include larger units, such as the 40-foot CSC container tanks, with a probable capacity ranging between 20,000 and 50,000 liters, and smaller units, like the waste oil tanks, which might range between 5,000 and 10,000 liters. These estimates are derived from the spare parts listing and the specified tank configurations. Could you please confirm these estimates or provide the exact capacities for each tank to help us refine our technical approach?

Answer: The MSCATS capacity are 14K gal and the SCATS are 18K gal.

3. Could you please provide a detailed list of tanks divided by country?

As outlined in Section 1.1 Description of Services/Introduction, the contract specifies maintenance and sustainment services for twenty-one (21) Military Secondary Containment Above Ground Tanks (M/SCATs) across multiple locations. These include sites in Poland, as well as M/SCATs in Adazi, Latvia; Voru, Estonia; and Pabrade, Lithuania.

Answer Adazi, Latvia 2xMSCATs, Voru, Estonia 2xMSCATs, Pabrade, Lithuania 3xSCATs, DCTC, Poland 5xSCATs, BPTA, Poland 3xSCATs.

To better plan our approach and logistics, could you please provide a detailed list of tanks, including their types and distribution by country? This information will help us allocate resources and personnel e ectively for each location.

4. Regarding the tank diagrams, could you please confirm whether the tanks include internal features such as bulkheads, partitions, or other structural elements designed for secondary containment or separation of contents?

Answer: From my understanding it does have a secondary containment that holds 110% of its total capacity.

To better understand the internal structure and functionality of the tanks, we kindly ask for clarification on whether these tanks are equipped with features like bulkheads, partitions, or similar elements. These details are crucial for planning the maintenance and sustainment process e ectively.

Answer: The system does have an filtration capability that uses the elements.

If available, could you also provide schematics or diagrams of the tanks highlighting these internal components? Alternatively, illustrative photos of the tanks and their layouts would also be helpful in giving us a clearer understanding.

Ans: It will be Unrestricted. Updated on the Combined Synopsis.
