Past & Present Performance Information Sheet

Submit information on contracts that you consider relevant in demonstrating your ability to perform the Catering Services-Normandy 73 requirement In Normandy-France. Include rationale supporting your assertion of relevance. For a description of the characteristics or aspects the Government will consider in determining relevance, see Addendum to FAR clause 52.212-2 of the RFQ. Note that the Government will not consider performance on an effort that concluded more than three (3) years prior to the issuance date of this solicitation. Offerors should identify which indicators of performance should be associated with the Technical Capability factors on this acquisition:

Offerors may include efforts accomplished to resolve problems encountered on the referenced contract as well as efforts to identify and manage program risk. Merely having problems does not automatically equate to a lowered confidence rating since the problems encountered may have been on a more complex program, or an Offeror may have subsequently demonstrated the ability to overcome the problems. The Offeror should clearly demonstrate management actions employed in overcoming problems and the effects of those actions, in terms of improvements achieved or problems rectified.

Provide the information requested in this submittal for each contract/program being described. Limit the number of efforts submitted to five (5) and the length of each submission to no more than five (5) pages.

This cover page should be deleted when submitting the Past and Present Performance Information Sheet.
