Section L: (iii) Volume III - Past Performance (3) Subcontracts states "The information provided for the prime offeror and each proposed major subcontractor must include the entire company name, company address, CAGE Code, DUNS Number and type of work to be performed by citing the applicable Government
PWS
subparagraph number."
Regarding the answer to Question 13: The Government's response directs offerors to reference the PWS in Section C, yet, within that PWS there are no detailed PWS subparagraph numbers for us to cite with regard to the specific work tasks planned for our subcontractors.
However, the Sample Task Order PWS within Section M does have specific task subparagraph numbers that we can cite. In order to provide a complete and compliant response, may we cite the specific PWS subparagraph numbers within the Section M Sample Task Order PWS, where the tasks are outlined in detail? This will give the Government a clearer understanding of the planned work activities for our subcontractors.
Offeror should reference/cite the PWS subparagraph numbers within the Section M Sample Task Order PWS.
