1. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this?
(like,from India or Canada)
A. - Preferably I would like to have a US companies, this would provide the customer better technical service and support
2. Whether we need to come over there for meetings?
A. Virtual meeting would be fine in some cases, but for bigger jobs I would like to meet in person pending COVID safety protocols.
3. Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA?
(like, from India or Canada)
A. Preferably I would like all work to be completed within the US, this would provide the customer better technical service and support.
4. Can we submit the proposals via email?
A. Yes, all proposals must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist, Allen Holmes [ Allen.L.Holmes@usace.army.mil ]
5. Our firm submitted a response to an Interpretive Media Services BPA with the USACE St. Louis District on September 21, 2020. The contracting contact was Kelsey Daniels. This BPA seems to have considerable overlap with that posting. Are these BPAs for the same services? Does this new BPA override that one?
A. Solicitation W912P921R0031 is the same requirement as the previous one posted in September 2020. The first posting was a Sources Sought that was used for Market Research.
This is the actual solicitation that the BPA will be built from.
