Are covers and tabs are included/excluded from the page count?
Tabs and covers are not included in the page count
The solicitation states “Include the firm’s DUNS number on the SF330, Part 1, Block B.” If we are submitting as a new JV, do we need to obtain a DUNS for the JV?
The DUNS number for the JV needs to be provided.
Resumes: “experience both past and recent (within the last five years)” – does this mean resume projects must have been completed within the past 5 years?
Is revised “Resumes contained in Standard Form (SF) 330, Part I, Section E, Page 3 shall be completed for each discipline and show relevant education and training, intended contracts role(s) to be filled by person, as well as experience both past and recent (within the last twelve (12) years).”
This way the project experience and the resumes can include the same projects with the same completion date.
Selection Criteria D: Past Performance states that “Firms should submit a single page narrative form and Past Performance data for all projects submitted in Section F.” Does this mean that the project descriptions in Section F are limited to 1 page?
This is just a single page narrative form about the project you are submitting your past performance on, which would be the PPQ and the CPARS. These should be the same projects and gave a more elaborate description on in Section F under Specialized Experience and Technical Competence. So the single page narrative submitted with the PPQs and CPARS should be a summary of the project you under Specialized Experience and Technical Competence with either the PPQ or the CPARS reports.
