Question 1: Page: 76, Section: Sub-factor D - Quality Control Plan

Does a Quality Control plan need to be submitted with the bid? On another page (9) it says that Quality Control is just due before commencement of work. We were confused on the conflicting information.

Failure to provide a quality control plan will result in an incomplete proposal submission. If you have any other questions please let me know.

Question 2: The instructions page (92) says that only 1 copy of Part I is necessary, and then 4 copies for Part II. We just wanted to make sure that was the correct information, as it looks like there are extra periods there (..) and wanted to make sure nothing was cut off.

Answer 2: Per the proposal preparation instructions the contractor shall submit 1 copy of the original Part I and Part II, and 3 additional copies of Part II. So 4 copies of Part II total.
