In the event public property is damaged it is the Contractor's responsibility to notify the COR of damage within 24 hours. Upon approval of the COR, replacement or repair shall be made within 10 calendar days of the incident.

1.21. Customer Service. This work will be performed on public lands and will be witnessed by the public. Since the public is our customer the Contractor shall treat the public with respect.
