The solicitation is set-aside for 100% Small Business, with a maximum of 4 contract awards, each with a 5-year period of performance and a $20M total contract ceiling. Proposals are due by 11:00am CST on September 10, 2024. The evaluation will use a Tradeoff source selection process, considering technical capability, past performance, and price, with past performance being the most important factor.
