About this file
This document contains a request for quote for drydock repairs to two towboats, the Kent and Bienville, along with answers to questions from potential offerors. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District seeks a firm fixed-price contract to drydock the towboats at a facility within 175 miles of New Orleans by November 15, 2023, and complete repairs within 60 days per vessel. Offerors must demonstrate the availability and capacity of drydock facilities to handle the towboats, as well as satisfactory past performance on similar marine vessel repair contracts within the last three years. Proposals will be evaluated on technical acceptability, past performance, and price. The low-priced technically acceptable offer with satisfactory past performance will be selected for award. Proposals are due by June 21, 2023 and should be emailed to the address provided. This is a small business set-aside.
