About this file
This document provides an amendment to a solicitation for a cutterhead dredge contract. The amendment modifies the solicitation in several ways. It changes the required performance period from 5 to 15 days, removes dredging requirements for certain waterways, updates minimum production rates, and modifies various contract clauses and sections. Electronic bid submission procedures are outlined due to COVID-19 restrictions, specifying use of the DoD Safe website and procedures for uploading bids by the June 24, 2021 deadline at 10:30 AM. An audio teleconference bid opening is scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date, with call-in information provided. Certified bid bonds may now be submitted electronically with the bid package rather than in original form.
