About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) amendment to a solicitation/modification of contract issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District. The amendment, numbered 0001 and effective November 2, 2026, modifies solicitation W912P727QA002 dated October 22, 2026. The contracting office is located at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102-3406, with Logan Champlin serving as the primary point of contact.
The amendment removes FAR Clause 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services), which previously allowed the Government to require continued performance of services at specified rates for up to a cumulative 6-month extension period. In its place, the amendment adds FAR Clause 52.217-7 (Option for Increased Quantity—Separately Priced Line Item), which allows the Government to require delivery of a separately priced option line item identified in the Schedule at the stated quantity and price. The Contracting Officer may exercise this option by written notice to the Contractor within 15 days of the performance period end date, with delivery of added items to continue at the same rate as like items under the contract unless parties otherwise agree. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the solicitation deadline using one of three specified methods.
