About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for Lake Mendocino Headquarters and Cultural Center Janitorial services, solicitation number W912P725QA005. The RFI provides key details about the upcoming janitorial contract, including that the current contractor is McKeown Janitorial Services, with a 5-year contract value of $110,110.00. The document clarifies that waste hauling and disposal services are not required, and the contractor will not be provided storage space by the government.

The RFI includes two reporting templates - a Performance Report and an Inspection Report - which will be used by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to monitor and document service quality. Potential bidders are directed to the Performance Work Statement for specific details on service frequency and hours of operation. The solicitation indicates that interested contractors should plan to furnish all supplies and staging independently, and that specific quality assurance and inspection checklists will be applied to evaluate the janitorial services.
