Questions and Answers
Q: Past Performance Questionnaire to accomplish Factor 3 – Past Performance. How many projects/Task Orders do we need to submit questionnaires on to successfully fulfill this
Evaluation Factor?
A: The PPQ should be from the past three years demonstrating relevant task performed.
Q: The PWS on the Crownpoint site assessment, Task 2 references “several locations” but not a specific number and the Pricing Schedule has a breakdown that shows a quantity in both the 50 ft and 75 ft drilling line items with a quantity of “3”. Does this mean we are to only propose and price three (3) borings/wells?
A: The multiple locations are multiple location on the same site. It is not a huge site. The intent is up to 3 wells.
A: The answer to the drilling depth is annotated on the Revised Price Schedule.
Q: Is it correct to assume the UST removal is only applicable to the successful firm that is awarded the initial IDIQ?
A: Yes
Q: I am writing to clear up a little confusion on our end. As I read the documents associated to the referenced opportunity I am attempting to decipher if this is a contract to perform UST Site
Assessment/support services for the Crown Point Conoco only or for the entire Navajo Nation. I have reviewed the UST removal opportunity for Crown Point Conoco 312 and recognize it as a separate contract/project altogether.
A: The Government is planning on awarding a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC), meaning that only one IDIQ contract will be awarded in support of the US EPA Tribal Nation
Underground Storage Tank Program Support.
-The Government is also awarding one Task Order for the Navajo Nation UST Site 312
Crown Point Conoco.
- The SATOC and the task order are being awarded simultaneously.
- The SATOC is going to be an instrument/vehicle to award additional Task Orders (as required).
