The objectives of the resulting contract are:

b. environmental impacts of flood and coastal storm damage;

c. post-flood and post-storm damage assessment surveys;

d. water-related recreation;

e. current and potential future demand for, and willingness to pay for specified facilities and services.

The work involves survey instrument design and development, survey planning, conducting and administering surveys, analysis of quantitative and qualitative survey data, and production of reports communicating the survey analysis.

(2) To design, populate and maintain a database with appropriate schema to aggregate population/sample data, survey responses, and relevant metadata from different survey modes (phone, mail, in-person interviews, internet/web/mobile web/sms/smartphone application) and allow for data interoperability among popular statistical analysis, document processing, spreadsheet, website, and geographic/geospatial information system (GIS) software packages.

The activities pertaining to this objective, as identified in task orders, may involve travel to locations determined by the COR.
