About this file
This market survey document requests information from contractors to replace nine single-phase transformers with three three-phase transformers at a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility. It seeks details on three similar past projects, small business classification, subcontracting plans, bonding capacity, cost drivers such as interim milestones and PCB remediation, and the anticipated proposal submission and performance timeline. Contractors are asked to describe factors that could impact pricing, such as financing terms, and provide specifications on the replacement transformers including their estimated cost and delivery lead time. The related pre-solicitation lists the solicitation number, title for the Wolf Creek GSU Transformer Replacement project, and identifies the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Nashville as the contracting agency.
