Sources Sought Posting – W912NS-20-Q-3501 – Parts Tower
This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for Market Research purposes only. The Missouri National Guard requires 2 Tall and 2 Short (4 separate) parts towers. All towers will be fully installed in a new construction building. Both tower are seeking up to 5 years of warranty and or preventive maintenance "options". The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide two storage parts towers. The towers must have similar (or exact) capabilities of the attached Statements of Work: The Government is currently considering options to "brand name or equal", alternate sources, and the feasibility of commercial sources to meet the Government's requirement. Please contact Ethan Curtis at Ethan.J.Curtis2.civ@mail.mil with your company's capability and interest of meeting this requirement.
When responding please provide, if available, answers/company capability to the following:
1) Available for purchase? If available, please provide the Manufacturer, P/N, Capabilities to meet the approximate needs of the attached SOWs.
2) Origin location of the equipment available? (This is so that the Government can estimate the cost of delivery and to determine if the equipment meets Buy American Act Standards)
3) Standard lead time in days required after award until delivery and install can be made to Springfield, MO
4) CAGE Code? Business Size? Socioeconomic Designation if applicable
5) Maintenance Options available to support the tower/s. What is the standard warranty, and is an extended warranty an option?
6) Contract Numbers and References to demonstrate recent and relevant Past Performance
7) Approximate (not a quote) cost of tower, maintenance, install, demo of similar tower? This is to support the government's estimate of cost.
8) Is a site visit going to be needed or requested during the solicitation period?
9) Also, if you have recommended changes or a believe you have a similar solution that you would feel would still meet the government’s requirements for a parts storage tower, please provide that information. The goal is to promote competition while still meeting the government’s requirements.
