Q4: PWS clarification for paragraph 5.1.1 “The Government will provide training via VTC for eCase to the contractor. Contact Clinical Operations Branch, Chief Surgeon’s Office 30 days prior to anticipated award to schedule training.” How can the company schedule the training before find out it has won the award?
