About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W912NR26QA024, addressing clarifications regarding a high-density mobile storage system procurement by the Louisiana Army National Guard.
The project requires installation of a mobile shelving system with 10,368 linear filing inches of storage capacity at Building 420, F Street. The system specifications include fully adjustable shelving in 1-1/2" height increments with 12" and 24" deep slotted shelves and unslotted canopy tops, with an overall system dimension of 185" and a required shelving height of 88 inches maximum. The finished ceiling height in the installation room is 106 inches. UL and cUL listed systems are acceptable without CE marks. The Government has confirmed that electrical outlets are available at the installation location, so contractors need not provide power circuits. No existing shelving removal is required. The delivery location is Building 420, F Street. Regarding schedule, vendors experiencing lead times of 10-12 weeks from order date may request extended delivery dates, which the Government will accommodate based on the selected awardee's Approved Remedial Action (ARO). The solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 337215 (Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing), issued as a Firm Fixed Price contract. Offerors must submit an acceptable cost breakdown, be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and provide proof of adherence to specifications.
