About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation and a performance work statement for meal services at the 196th Regional Training Institute in South Dakota. The amendment extends the response date to February 16, 2023 and modifies the performance work statement to include requirements for sack meals. The solicitation requests breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for approximately two weeks per month to support training. Offerors must have an active SAM registration by the closing date. The small business set-aside solicitation will result in a firm fixed price award for an eight month base period and two one-year option periods to the Department of the Army South Dakota Army National Guard. The performance work statement outlines meal components, serving times, menu planning, food handling standards, and contractor responsibilities for meal preparation and facility cleanliness.
