About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a new federal solicitation for vehicle and equipment agricultural sanitization services for the Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG).

The key details are:

  • This is a new requirement, not an incumbent contract.
  • The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all required vehicle licenses and insurance, and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and manufacturer specifications when handling and applying the sanitization solution.
  • The contractor will be using existing water sources on the VTARNG installation and is not expected to provide a full vehicle wash service, only the required agricultural sanitization.
  • There is no site visit available, but the government has provided location and facility information in a PowerPoint presentation.
  • The period of performance and other requirements are detailed in the Performance Work Statement.
