1. Accommodations are requested for 1 year, is this rotational occupancy throughout the year?
0. Yes, some members not all will be moving out as others report to duty station.
1. Will you consider rental of apartments instead of hotels?
1. Apartments will be considered if they meet the criteria and are furnished.
1. The statement of work refers to the possibility of quad type occupancy, is single occupancy considered unfavorable?
2. No it is not considered unfavorable as long as all members are housed in the same vicinity among same gender, quotes will be evaluated based on lowest price technically acceptable (meeting requirement’s specified in solicitation).
1. The statement of work says "We require the capability to house up to 15 service members (currently lodging for 13 service members is forecasted for duration) for 12 months beginning on April 13, 2019" what month will the additional 2 occupants expect to be accommodated?
3. This is very fluid as some members will arrive when projected and others may not arrive at all depending on the needs of the government. The major concern is the ability to house members when they arrive. 13 service members is our current requirement, we request extra capacity be available should we need it. If extra rooms are required they will be addressed via a formal modification with additional funding. If a vacancy comes up the cancelation of the room will be through a contract modification.
1. It is stated that funds are not available for this project, will funds be available before the proposal response date?
4. Funds are being requested and are already planned for. Anticipate having them prior to close of the solicitation.
1. How will this requirement be invoiced?
5. Invoices can be submitted on a monthly basis reflective of the Government’s use of facilities. The standard terms are “net 30” days from submission of a proper invoice.
1. Does the venue have to include a stove and oven, or will a stove top be sufficient?

1. Will the company who receives the award received a tax exempt certificate?
7. The company receiving the award will receive a copy of the tax exempt certificate.
1. Are any vacancies forecasted for the 12 month period of performance?
8. The contractor will be notified well in advance of the 60th day of vacancy. The contract will be awarded for lodging to host 13 service members, all changes thereafter will require a contract modification.
