1. Do you require both a left and right side maintenance stand?
-If the stairs are able to be repositioned on the stand this would allow the stand to be set up for either the left or right configuration. Multiples of the same stand could provide coverage of both sides of the aircraft or different positions on the aircraft.
2. Please clarify that NO access is needed for the nose or tail of the aircraft?
-Yes, access is needed for the nose and tail. Access to the nose and tail is available on the Daily Stand via repositioning of the stand and associated stairs.
3. Is a jacking system required for a change in elevation of the stands once they are installed?
-Yes, there should be a jacking system
4. Are any utilities required to be installed on the stands, i.e. Lights, Compressed Air or Electrical outlets of any kind?
-None are required
5. in reference to section I of the SOW for both aircraft. Please the exact meaning of "with sizing requirements".
-(From the SOW) Staircase must be able to move and attach in multiple positions, either parallel or perpendicular to the deck to facilitate different positions and sizing requirements. Depending on where the stand is positioned in relation to an aircraft, the staircase may need to be repositioned if a part of the aircraft is in the way and wouldn't allow the stand to be placed right up to the aircraft. The staircase that comes with stand must a height adjustment
6. I did not see any reference to setup and training on the SOW, is the facility not requiring this?
-The statement of work (SOW) has been updated to include setup and training as part of the quote.
