STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR
Aviation Maintenance Stands
1. Maintenance Stands
a. UH 60 Stand.
i. Designed specifically to work on the UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter with sizing requirements
ii. Primary construction material shall be Aluminum
iii. Stand shall be OSHA Compliant
iv. Platform positions shall provide working locations at the engine cowl, servo deck, and stabilator.
v. Aircraft tail rotor must be able to rotate while stand is in position
vi. Staircase must be able to move an attach in multiple positions, either parallel or perpendicular to the deck to facilitate different positions and sizing requirements
vii. Platform shall have sliding deck extensions that lock in place with safety rails to conform to the aircraft
viii. Stand shall be less than 1800 LBS
ix. Any delivery costs shall be built into the price of each line item number.
x. Vendor shall provide 1 stand, the Government has the option to purchase 1 additional stand for up to 6 mon
b. CH-47
i. Designed specifically to work on the CH-47 Chinook Helicopter with sizing requirements
ii. Primary construction material shall be Aluminum
iii. Stand shall be OSHA Compliant
iv. Must be able to have linking bars to connect multiple deck modules together into one system.
v. Staircase must be able to move an attach in multiple positions, either parallel or perpendicular to the deck to facilitate different positions and sizing requirements
vi. Platform shall have sliding deck extensions with safety rails to conform to the aircraft
vii. Stand shall be less than 2200LBS
viii. Any delivery costs shall be built into the price of each line item number.
ix. Vendor shall provide 1 stand, the Government has the option to purchase 1 additional stand for up to 6 months
2. As part of the solicitation response vendors must submit a drawing and specific technical specifications to include dimensions, specifications and part number as available.
3. All items shall ship to:
a. AASF #2, 2185 45th AVE SE, Saint Cloud, MN, 56304
