About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for solicitation SLO W912LA-26-Q-A100, a 100% Small Business Concern set-aside project for janitorial services. The solicitation is due by January 16, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. PST, with RFIs required by January 14, 2026. The RFIs address specific details about the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including clarifications on light dusting requirements, cleaning of walk areas, light covers, baseboards, and access to buildings and storage areas.
Key service details include a three-day-per-week cleaning frequency with specific tasks such as dusting furniture, equipment, and surfaces from floor level to six feet high using microfiber cloths. The government will provide a garden hose for outside walk areas. Additional deep cleaning tasks like interior light cover and baseboard cleaning are expected yearly or bi-annually during non-student periods (typically June or July), with the exact schedule to be discussed between the winning vendor and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The vendor will not need keys to buildings, as access to paper towel/toilet paper dispensers and storage areas will be managed on-site by the government.
