About this file
This document is a Government Responses to Vendor Questions for the STARBASE Sacramento Custodial Service contract (W912LA25QA099). The solicitation covers custodial services at 8400 Okinawa Street, Suite 1, with services performed three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM PST. Key requirements include contractor-provided identification badges, janitorial supplies, and equipment such as mops, buckets, cleaning solutions, and vacuums, which will be purchased at the contractor's expense.
Specific service details include cleaning the breakroom table, sweeping outdoor mats, and performing deep cleaning twice annually in December and July, which involves shampooing carpets and stripping/refinishing linoleum floors in restrooms, classrooms, and hallways. The facility has six 6'x8' metal tables and six trash receptacles outside, with dumpsters located south of building 2. Contractors must wait until students have boarded transportation before beginning services, and a janitorial storage closet in building 2's hallway is available for supply storage. The contract explicitly notes that artificial turf cleaning is not required, and office desks should not be cleaned.
