About this file
This solicitation requests proposals for a wall display monitor and connectivity system for the Indiana National Guard Joint Operations Center. The Indiana JOC seeks to replace its current projector system with a non-touch panel 1.5mm LED Direct View video wall measuring approximately 6 feet tall by 20 feet wide with a minimum resolution of 3840 x 1080 and aspect ratio of 32:9. The new system must be able to display from eight different sources simultaneously and support video and audio from 15 existing computers, with 5 capable of displaying from 4 PC outputs each and the remaining 10 with one output each. It must utilize existing overhead microphones, speakers, and equipment rack to integrate computer audio, a conference audio bridge, and Microsoft Teams. New wired touch panels are required for source selection, switching, routing, volume control, and microphone muting. The current TV displays will remain with independent source routing. Quotes are due by April 20, 2022 with the evaluation criteria being price, technical acceptability, and relevant experience. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for April 5, 2022, with questions to be directed to the points of contact.
