About this file
This document contains an amendment to a federal solicitation for certification services and questions and answers related to the opportunity. The West Virginia Army National Guard requires International Fire Service Accreditation Congress certifications for Hazardous Materials Operations and Awareness courses for their CBRNE Response Enterprise service members across all 54 states and territories. The base period of performance is one year from May 2023 to April 2024 with four optional one-year periods. Offerors should provide per-certification pricing for HAZMAT Operations and Awareness courses, as the government intends for each student to earn both certifications upon course completion. The amendment extends the response date to April 6, 2023 and removes technical acceptability evaluation criteria. It is clarified that the awardee is responsible only for certification processing and not instruction, travel, equipment, facilities, or course materials.
