Question and Answers 2
Question 1: How to submit an offer?
Answer 1: If you have not registered to submit your offer see attachment called, “ Vendor_ Solicitation_Module_Instruction”. Add the role. Late proposals will be handled according to the solicitation. PLEASE remember electronics can make your submissions late so leave plenty of time.
Question 2: Now that we know we can use projects from a national lab, per Q&A#1, we are requesting a 2-week extension so that our clients have time to prepare a PPQ, per the solicitation requirements.
Answer 2: No, time extension will be granted at this time. There are many people involved in the review of proposals. The timeline we have is very tight. To get this to higher authority for review timely we expect no extensions.
