About this file

This document is a Purchase Description memorandum from the 67th Army Band Supply & Logistics to the USPFO WY – P&C, dated November 25, 2024, specifying requirements for professional saxophones.

The procurement requires four Yamaha Professional saxophones: one YBS-62II Baritone Saxophone, two YTS-875EX Tenor Saxophones, and one YAS-875EX Alto Saxophone. The vendor must deliver brand-new instruments within 30 days after receipt of order to the 67th Army Band in Wheatland, WY. While the background statement mentions medical training aids, this appears to be an error given the nature of the procurement. The technical point-of-contact will review contractor performance before accepting the final invoice, and the items must meet acceptable quality standards. No special considerations are specified for this purchase.
