Question Answer

Meeting Space Requirement - Is there a requirement for meeting space to be provided as part of the lodging and meal services? No, there will be no space required for this contract.

2 We are having a hard time finding lodging in the Lander area with availability. Would a hotel near the Riverton area be acceptable?

PWS states only a 20 mile radius will be accepted. This is an all some or none requirement though. Also alternative's may be considered if no proposal is able to find rooms in Lander.

Meal Service Format - Are the meals to be served buffet-style, or is there a preferred format for how the meals should be provided?

There is no preference on meal format. Both buffet and individual meals are acceptable.
